At Kriwong.com, we specialize in creating fully personalized digital birthday videos made uniquely for each child. Because of the custom nature of our service, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an order is approved and delivered.
Important Note About Personalized Orders
Every video we create is:

Custom-made using the child’s name, photo, and selected theme

Designed specifically for your order

Not reusable or resellable
For this reason, we are unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
How Our Approval Process Works
To ensure complete satisfaction before payment:

You receive a preview of your personalized video

You are given the opportunity to request revisions

Payment is required only after you approve the preview
Once the preview is approved and payment is completed, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
No Refunds Will Be Issued In The Following Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:

The video matches the approved preview

Revisions were completed as requested

The request is based on a change of mind after approval

The order has already been delivered
Technical Issues or Support
If you experience any of the following:

Download problems

Minor technical errors
